Pursuant to art. 9 and 10 GDPR, we warn you that by uploading your curriculum you could provide data that can be classified as "particular categories of personal data", also defined as sensitive data ( those data that reveal "racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs or philosophical, or trade union membership ... genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person ").

Such sensitive data may be processed only with your prior and specific consent.

 

Nature of the provision

We would like to clarify that the provision of your personal data is necessary to be able to evaluate your profile.

We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established in a period not exceeding 180 days, a term that we believe is appropriate in order to be able to carry out an evaluation.

After the aforementioned 180 days have elapsed, your data will be deleted, if you want to apply again for a position within our staff you will therefore have to provide your data again

The data collected will not be disclosed and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for the communications necessary for the evaluation of the candidate, for any administrative procedures in case of recruitment and for the fulfillment of legal obligations, which may involve the transfer of data to public and professional bodies or private companies (labor consultant, accountant etc….).

Rights of the interested party
